Academic Common Market

The Academic Common Market (ACM) is a program coordinated by the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) that allows graduate students to pursue degree programs not offered by any Texas public university at the in-state tuition rate at participating institutions in other SREB states.

Undergraduate and graduate students interested in participating in exchange programs with other universities, either in the United States or abroad, should contact the Office of International Programs.

Through this cooperative agreement, eligible students who are accepted into an approved out-of-state master's or doctoral program may pay that institution's in-state tuition. The 15 SREB states participating in the Academic Common Market include: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.
